Staff is always helpful, however you can expect to wait a long while.
Store manager changed a battery for me when the system said it would take 45min and recommended not doing it. He did it in under 7min. You want true old school service go here.
Clean has most items you need in stock if not they are happy to order it for you always friendly and polite!
Note: The competition down the road turned me away because of install time.
