This company is significantly greedy. We moved here in March and only had a week to find a home due to a job promotion. The house was a disaster. It was not clean, there was grime all over everything in the kitchen, and there were so many things left behind from the last renters. It was NOT move in ready and we were not aware until we arrived with our belongings. Upon leaving we left the house in better condition than when we moved in. They charged for “cleaning” and “discarding trash.” We left no trash and had the house shampooed and cleaned before we left. They took over half of our deposit. I will never rent from this company again.
