I'd give 0 stars if I could. I called as I was pulling into the parking lot at 4:59 and the guy told me if I could make it into the door by 5 they would see my daughter (1year old with a double ear injection). I told him there was no way I could park and unbuckle her and make it through the door that quickly but it would only be a minute or two after. He told me I could visit my local ER because he's locking the door at 5.
0 star rating would be more accurate 4 today's visit. Wasn't even that many people there & i was there two hours with my two year old daughter. Mr. Handlebar Mustache nurse had very poor bedside manner...also kept us waiting in the back room for a very long time. Wasn't impressed w/Dr either.... the only good thing about the visit was that they sent my daughter's prescription to the pharmacy electronically. I hadn't been there in years and we will never go back..... :(
Went in for issues with with my left eye.Got right in and found out I had some other health issues that need to be addressed.The customer service was great and I appreciate not feeling like just a number.The student that assisted helped with my toddler during testing and the doctor was great.Thank you all for your help today!
This would have been an opportunity for this clinic to show awesome customer service that's superior to the rest.
