The staff is friendly. Pretty reasonable on fees for payday loans. But one thing that I wish that they would change is Just give you cash and not a check because they then charge a 7 percent check cashing fee to cash the check from the loan. They already charge enough fees to get a pay day advance loan.
I first want to say that the staff is very friendly, and if my payday loan was approved, I probably would've given four stars. However, I drove almost an hour to get to this place and was denied. This was after standing in line for at least 20 minutes, and there really is not a "line." People randomly stand or sit around, and you hope that they are paying attention to who goes next. In my case, someone cut in front of me. You then go through this process of giving a bunch of documents and providing references, and you tell them how much you want. After all of my personal information was put into their system, I was then told that I was denied. They couldn't give me a reason for the denial, but said I had to call an 800 number and I could come back and apply again tomorrow. I was told it might have been denied because of the amount I asked for. I would have taken a smaller amount. I can"t go back again in a day to get denied again. I went to another place and was approved.
