Had to use this taxi service to go back and forth from physical therapy. They have little to no concept of time, and would show up half hour to an hour later than needed. Might as well walk or find a ride from someone because they are not dependable at all.
OHIO VALLEY CAB & SERVICE DOES NOT NEED A STAR ON THE BEHALF OF THE MALE DISPATCH WORKING THEIR. HE SUCK'S AND NEED'S TO STOP BEING RUDE AND GET THAT STICK OUT OF HIS ASS. This cab company is the worst company i have ever had to take. They are late when you call in ahead for time. The male dispatch is the worst dispatch ever!!! He is very rude and hangs up on you. The prices very when when they start there meter at $4.00 to go a mile they charge you $5.25 -$5.75 and that is against the law to over charge a costumer for a cab. The driver's are very nice and half the time the dispatch doesn't tell the driver's what's going on or who they have to pick up first cause they called in for a time slot. The owner is never in to talk to. The male dispatch need's to stop Bullshitting a Bullshiter. I know how the dispatch work's and i know how the meter's work and i know how a cab company work's!!!!!!!
Need a ride from a truck stop to home. Can't park a semi in my driveway. Absolute worst customer service ever. They don't even deserve one star. Called on Memorial Day for a ride, all I get is a generic voicemail. This is just one bad example of my experience with them. No wonder uber is kicking the taxi industry ass. Marietta is so ready for a uber like service.
