Fast forward to less than a week ago, still no call. I know it cant take this long for a part to come in. So i call again. My information was looked up, and low and behold, the part has been there for weeks!!

I was told it has been ordered for certain today, and we will see what happens.
Was told to come on in to have my truck appraised. The salesman was very polite. But the used car manager gave me a quote that was very low. I then stated that is a slap in the face. I then proceeded to leave and the manager asked in a tone of your beneath me How much do you want for it . I replied not a thing and this was a waste of my time. The point is I was in the market to purchase a vehicle from them and then the manager then wanted to low ball me and act like he was doing me a favor by letting me breath the same air as him. They have some good employees but the management is questionable. I know I for one will take my business elsewhere and spread the word. Wish I could of had a better experience. - 5

So we set up an appointment for today(12-12-17). I take the car in and wouldn't you guess it- they put my name on another part and my part was never ordered(not even shocked at this point).
I must be honest about this.
I called about a month ago regarding a recall for my car. Whoever i talked to was going to call me back when she found out if they could still get the part because its a fairly old car and the recall is almost up. (OK, cool). After about 5 hours, i decided to call back and found out she "forgot". I talked to a new person who simply put me on hold and ran down to services to find out quickly. I was then transferred to a man in services who claimed he ordered the part and i would receive a call when it arrived.
Otherwise, everyone i talked to today at the shop was extremely nice. The receptionist at the service section was very helpful and apologetic. Thats the only nice thing i can say.
