Owner was extremely nice and very honest with us about the vehicle we purchased. He didn't breathe down our neck while looking at vehicles on the lot and once it was time for paperwork everything went smoothly. Would recommend to anyone.
From the start it was a bad experience. The location is somewhere where you can't see the lot unless you're walking the bike path or already know where you're going. I had emailed about a car I was interested in and after five days I didn't receive any email back. I went to South Fifth Auto to check it out for myself. When I was there nobody came out to greet me and the door was locked to the building (which looks like it is being lived in). The hours weren't posted online and the hour card in the window was broken or off. The one who unlocked the door didn't introduce himself and said that his brother is the one that does the selling. I was allowed to test drive the car which it was good. When I got back and went inside I was walked through the house to the back room where we could try to make a deal. The environment was uncomfortable and felt amateurish. There was clothes laying on the chair in the office which made it feel more of a home. The one I was talking with about making a deal seemed shaky or as if he didn't know what to do. I do appreciate him giving me an honest answer about my trade in though. In all it was not a good experience. 1/5 very disappointed
