The food choices and prices are perfect at this wonderful little choice for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I have always been more than satisfied at Bob Evans! The weight staff is always kind and helpful. Always a great choice!
the last time being the absolute worst ... from waiting 10 minutes to be seated (on a Tuesday night at 8pm) no one there
Or food was awesome we ate every bite and I waitress was great!! Thank you for Grady food and great service! I also pitched some cinnamon coffee bread looking forward to havin g a piece of it.
To having to wait 40 minutes for the wrong food to be delivered to our table, the food that was right was cold, no drink refills and had to ask for silverware three times, and asked for our bread as we were leaving... our little waitress was completely overwhelmed with her two huge tables of customers, while the manager and other waitress goofed off behind the counter... could the manager at least see she was struggling. I would think that with a new family style restaurant opening soon in the direct vicinity of this location Bob’s may want to step it up a bit...
The Customer service at this location was minimal at very best. After being seated I waited 17 minutes for a waitress to greet me. Apparently they were not certain which tables they were waiting on as a manager had to assign my table to one of them at which point they argued over whose table I was seated at. A drink refill was not an option as I had not seen the waitress between meal delivery and check delivery. It was apparent that I was a casualty situation between the two waitresses. I had a full hour for lunch. I had 17 minutes left to eat my meal from the time it was recerived. This was my worst restaurant experience.
As a family, we will select Bob Evans most every time... but the last two times we have been there it has been terrible
Great food but very inconsistent preparation of the food. Ex: the first time I ordered their corn I was given a specific description on how it is prepared (heavenly seasoned and cooked with peppers). I have ordered this side the last 5 times I have been to this restaurant. Each time, it is prepared differently than was described. Along with portions. Customers should be able to decide what to get and how much food they are going to get based off of previous visits.
