Worst experience ever! Ordered our pool, paid half down, was told 3 weeks for install. Called them after 3 weeks was told would be another 2 1/2 weeks. Almost 3 more weeks went by called again was told another 2 1/2 weeks. Asked what the hold up was... was told they had a lot of inground pools to install. (Ours was above ground) Their policy is supposed to be first come first serve. Decided to cancel their install and just get our pool and have someone else install it since summer is almost half over now. Got to mcalarneys and they said well we still have to order the pool! Would not give refunds either! Was very rude about it also. Will not step foot back in that establishment. My kids lost half their summer in their new pool because of them!

***WARNING*** do not give this company you well earned money requests deposits, say its first come first serve NOT TRUE, we gave them a deposit and waited most of the summer to get it installed refuse to give deposit back, there are plenty other pool companies around that are far better than these, the whole family working there are rude!!!!
BEWARE:: DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE, THEY LIE THEY TELL YOU ONE THING AND SEND YOU A BILL FOR SOMETHING ELSE AND OFFICE STAFF VERY RUDE.... THREATEN TO TAKE YOU TO COURT FOR A BILL YOU DON'T OWE, WAS TOLD SOMETHING WOULD BE 180 DOLLARS AND GOT A BILL FOR 565.00 AND THEN DEMANDED I PAY IT OR THEY WOULD COME AND GET MY HEATER THAT I PAID IN FOR 1,411.41 SAID THEY WOULD COME TAKE IT BACK IF I DIDN'T PAY THEM DON'T DUE BUSINESS HERE IT'S A RIP OFF..
